E-Shop offers simple online shopping procedures for the online shoppers. You can enjoy online shopping at any time convenient to you. You simply select your favorite product and press “Buy Now” for your shopping cart. You may buy more products by pressing “Continue Shopping".   Your selected product/s will be delivered to you at your doorstep. 

Delivery
Local Orders
For any online purchase up to HK$500.00, no delivery charge will be borne. There will be an additional delivery charge of HK$40.00 for any online purchase below HK$500.00.

It will take a week for delivering products to the designated address (1-2 weeks for remote areas). The receiver should check and sign on the delivery note as acknowledgement of receipt of the delivered product/s.

Time slot for local delivery:
9:00am to 6:00pm (Monday to Friday)
9:00am to 1:00pm (Saturday)

(Delivery service will be temporarily suspended during public holidays, typhoon period with No. 8 signal hoisted and rainy days with Black Rainstorm Warning.)

Customers are required to provide with “complete address” to avoid delay and extra administration cost. ISAWORKSHOP reserves the right to debit customers of extra delivery cost if there is any delivery failure caused in result of incomplete or incorrect address provided by customers.

Overseas Orders
Any online purchase (except Hong Kong orders) up to HK$2,000.00, no registered surface delivery will be charged. (**Any order where the products with considerable volume or weight are selected is likely to be split into 2 packing boxes. In this case, the delivery fee of the first packing box is free of charge.)

For overseas shoppers, ISAWORKSHOP E-shop offers two options of delivery (courier and registered surface mail) for customers’ selection. Please refer to Delivery Charges and Leadtime Table. 

Local Delivery
However, if there is nobody receiving the order after two times of delivery, the order may be cancelled and we shall charge the handling charge of HK$100.00 from your credit card account via Asia Pay
ISAWORKSHOP will not be liable for any damages and spillages caused during delivery.

ISAWORKSHOP reserves the right to debit customers of the whole payment if there is any losing and mislaying caused in result of incomplete or incorrect address provided by customers and ISAWORKSHOP will not be liable for it.
If there is a shortage of stock, ISAWORKSHOP will inform customers and have re-arrangement as soon as possible.

Overseas Delivery
Delivery times may vary. Initially if nobody is at the delivery address at the time of delivery, a notice card would be left for you. If nobody has collected the parcel within the next 14 days from the post office, the parcel will be returned to ISAWORKSHOP. Your order may be cancelled and we shall charge you for any handling fees.

ISAWORKSHOP E-shop accepts credit card, including VISA, MASTER. All items calculate in Hong Kong Dollar.

All your ordering information is protected during transmission by using the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), which encrypts the information that you input so it can't be read in transit. Privacy
ISAWORKSHOP E-Shop is committed to meet fully, and where possible exceed, internationally recognizable standards of personal data privacy protection, in complying with the requirements of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Chapter 486 of the Laws of Hong Kong)

Import Tax
Deliveries to some countries may be subject to import tax or duty.  ISAWORKSHOP is not responsible for any import tax arising from online purchase from ISAWORKSHOP E-Shop. 

Customers have the right not to accept the delivered products because of import tax issue. However, the handling fee of HK$300.00 or the actual amount of delivery fee (whichever is higher) will be charged on customer account.

Customers should be aware of tax rules of the local country before ordering online or should make enquiries to the local authority or custom department about the details of import tax.

Return Policy
Due to various reasons, customers may need to return products to us (i.e. damaged, defective, or incorrect product) for an exchange of other product.  Customers should inform us by email within 7 days after delivery.  We shall email the “Product Return Request Form” for your completion and return together with the product.  

If there is no receipt of Product Return Request Form within 7 days after delivery, both ISAWORKSHOP and customer take the transaction as completed and ISAWORKSHOP will not hold any responsibility for any claim on the product.

Any incorrect product or number of items, customers should inform us by email within 7 days after delivery. ISAWORKSHOP would arrange exchange as soon s possible. ISAWORKSHOP would be responsible for the delivery charge if it is caused by ISAWORKSHOP carelessness.

Customers should be aware that there are some product items with limited amount in stock where each customer may only be able to purchase one piece of each item under one single bill.
